You discover you have suffered an injury as a result of medical care. We’ll then take instructions from you to assess the viability of the claim.

The claim

We investigate your claim. This is likely to involve obtaining medical records and instructing one or more medical experts. If expert evidence supports your claim, we will submit details to the Doctor, Trust and/or Health Board. Evidence will be obtained to help us to value your claim.

The negotiation

We will strive to negotiate a suitable settlement, but where this is not possible, it may be necessary to take the case to Court. Not all Court cases are determined by a Judge; many are settled during the Court process.

The settlement

After a successful claim, you will receive your compensation.

You discover you have suffered an injury as a result of exposure to an unsafe environment either at work or elsewhere. We’ll then take instructions from you to assess the viability of the claim.

Road traffic accidents

The negligence

You are injured as a result of a road traffic accident. We’ll then take instructions from you and assess the viability of the claim.

The claim

Your claim is submitted to the other driver's insurance company. At this point, we may look to gather evidence in support of your claim, obtain medical evidence, and may arrange rehabilitation.

The negotiation

Whether the other driver's insurance company accepts liability or not, we will strive to negotiate a suitable settlement. In the event that we cannot negotiate a settlement, the case may be taken to Court.

The settlement

After a successful claim, you will receive your settlement cheque.
